Procedure


Welcome to Assumption College ONLINE - BED Admission.

  1. All applicants are ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION AND THE ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS before proceeding with the Online Application.

  2. The REQUIREMENTS (pertaining to the level being applied for) and ACCOMPLISHED DOWNLOADABLE FORMS are to be submitted in hard copies.
    Accomplished Online-Application Forms need not be printed.

  3. Submit all the REQUIRED documents to the Admissions Office to secure an Examination Schedule. Only applicants who have submitted COMPLETE requirements will be processed.

Eligibility for Admission

PRESCHOOL and GRADE 1


PRE-KINDER

  • Must have attended at least six (6) months of play school before the coming Academic Year.
  • Must be four (4) years old by August 31 of the coming Academic Year.

KINDER

  • Must have completed Pre-Kinder or Nursery school before the coming Academic Year.
  • Must be five (5) years old by August 31 of the coming Academic Year.

GRADE 1

  • Must have completed a Department of Education ACCREDITED Kindergarten Program and must have been issued a Kindergarten Certificate of Completion with the Student’s Learner Reference Number (LRN)
  • Must be six years old by August 31 of the coming Academic Year

GRADE SCHOOL


GRADE 2 TO GRADE 6

  • NO GRADE BELOW 80% in all subjects of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years
  • A CONDUCT grade not lower than SATISFACTORY of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years
  • Has COMPLETED the level prior to the level being applied

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL


GRADE 7 TO GRADE 10

  • NO GRADE BELOW 80% in all subjects of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years
  • A CONDUCT grade not lower than SATISFACTORY of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years
  • Has COMPLETED the level prior to the level being applied

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL


GRADE 11

  • NO GRADE BELOW 80% in all subjects of the PREVIOUS and CURRENT school years

Admissions Requirements

PRESCHOOL & GRADE 1

A. Duly accomplished ONLINE Application Form
B. Original copy and two (2) clear photocopies of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
C. One (1) clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
D. Four (4) passport size recent colored photos (computer printed & cut-outs are not accepted)
E. Progress Report Cards - Two (2) clear photocopies of either Certificate of Attendance or Narrative Assessment Report

2. Questionnaire for Preschool and Grade 1 Parents
3. AC Student Privacy Notice and Consent Form

FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

Submit CERTIFIED TRUE COPY of the following documents:

  1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
  2. Photocopy of Passport
  3. Visa/ Working Permit of Parents
  4. Photocopy of dual citizenship passports (for dual citizenship)

GRADE 2 to GRADE 6

A. Duly accomplished ONLINE Application Form.
B. Original copy and two (2) clear photocopies of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
C. One (1) clear photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
D. Recommendation Forms (duly accomplished by Guidance/ Class Adviser and Principal)
E. Four (4) passport size recent colored photos (computer printed & cut-outs are not accepted)
F. Progress Report Cards - Two (2) clear photocopies of PREVIOUS and CURRENT report cards

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL FOREIGN STUDENTS / TRANSFEREES FROM ABROAD

1. PREVIOUS & PRESENT Scholastic Records must be authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Office of Consular Affairs-Authentication Division in the country which has jurisdiction over the issuing school.
2. Scholastic Records are subject to validation of the Department of Education, Makati Division Office.
3. Needs to undergo Filipino Assessment to be scheduled by Basic Education Division (BED) Admissions Office after taking the admissions test (for Grade 4-Grade 6)

FOR HOMESCHOOLED STUDENTS (ALL LEVELS)

Proceed to the Department of Education Makati, (DepEd-Makati) for the required
Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT).

GRADE 7 to GRADE 10

A. Duly accomplished ONLINE Application Form.
B. Original copy and two (2) clear photocopies of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
